What we offer

Our clinic offers many different types of reflexology treatments.  These treatments are one-of-a-kind and are the result of many years of study, clinical practice, and observation.

We also offer other complementary treatments, that are often used in addition to reflexology.

 Foot & Hand Reflexology

This is the traditional form of reflexology.  By sectioning the feet and hands into zones,  we apply pressure to the appropriate areas to relieve the body of pain and treat any other related ailments.

Auricular (Ear) Reflexology

There are over 200 reflex points on the outer ear, so it is no wonder that many pain symptoms can be treated using such a small part of the body!  By using a small pen-like probe, we stimulate different points pertaining to the condition(s) of our clients’.  This method is very effective in treating all types of pain and is often utilized in conjunction with reflexology.

Yin Yang Reflexology

Ying Yang Reflexology is a relatively new technique used only at Winnipeg Reflexology Etc. It is performed by hand, with finger pressure, and may also include the use of acupuncture.  Unlike conventional reflexology, these treatments are not limited to reflex points on the hands and feet.  This technique focuses on reflex points that are found all over the body, allowing a more effective pain relief treatment.  To learn more about Yin Yang Reflexology, visit this page.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient practice whereby fine needles are inserted into the body along different meridians, to promote the flow of energy in our bodies.  Although it is a popular therapy for pain management, it is also often used to treat many other different diseases and disorders.

Cupping

Cupping is a popular Eastern treatment used to draw out the body’s toxins into the lymphatic system.  This drainage allows for the relief of energy blockages that often cause pain symptoms.  This type of treatment is often used for lower back pain, irritable bowel syndrome, and nausea.

Qua Sha

Qua Sha means to scrape the red dots.  With the use of a scraping tool, we apply herbal medicinal oil to the neck, back, head, and arms, and scrape the toxins to the surface of the skin.  This helps relieve the body of many superficial symptoms that we experience and can help with sunstroke, sinuses, headaches/migraines, poor circulation, and many other conditions.

Meridian Energy Reader

The body has many different meridians (or energy channels) coursing through it.  Using a meridian energy reader, these meridians can be monitored and measured with specific points of the body.  These readings will pin point the cause of the pain or symptoms and can help us to create a better treatment plan for our clients.
